We have global aspirations but for now our online store handles local (Singapore) shipping only. We offer free local shipping for orders larger than SGD150. For smaller orders, local shipping cost is SGD7. You should receive your item(s) three (3) to five (5) working days from order placement.

Returns and Refunds

Our photos and product descriptions aim to give you a good understanding of what the items look like so that you can make an informed decision when considering to buy. However, we fully appreciate that it still not the same as being able to physically see and feel the texture of the items in our collection.

This is why we have a 14-calendar day return and full refund policy, which means that you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return and a full refund or store credit. The following conditions apply:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags or instructions for use (if any), and in its original packaging.
  • You will need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
  • For multiple item orders, return of multiple items should be done in a single return transaction. In other words, if you place an order for five items you can return all five in a single return request. Requesting a return of two items on one date, and then requesting return of the remaining three on a different date through a separate request or amendment of the original request, will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To request a return, you can contact us via Whatsapp at +65 8487 8216 or via email at info@dekoboko.sg. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return instructions. Items sent back to us without our approving the return first will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We will process the refund within a week of approval but it may take some time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card company.

Defects, Damages and Issues

We will properly package your items for shipping. Our goal is zero defects and getting things right the first time. We know that eagerly awaiting for your item, only for it to be wrong or damaged upon delivery, can be frustrating. However, we also acknowledge that sometimes things just happen.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you have received the wrong item or if the item is defective or damaged. We will then evaluate the issue and contact you about the path forward. For defects and damaged items you can choose among a full refund, like-for-like replacement (subject to availability), or store credit.

Note that many of the items on our store are hand-crafted and therefore there may be natural variation in their characteristics. Please contact us if you have concerns about the quality of the items.
